Reservations are confirmed upon the receipt of a fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable room rental deposit. All deposits are applied to the final bill.
Linens are provided for standard white tablecloths and napkins.
Colored napkins can be special ordered.
Amen has a liquor license and must abide by itsn rules. No alcoholic beverages are to be brought in by the engager.
The engager is responsible for all damages to equipment and building. A cleaning charge will be assessed for rooms left extremely dirty.
Amen is not responsible for articles brought into the premises which are lost or damaged.
No beverages or food, with the exception of cake or cookies, are to be brought into the banquet room. Mints or candy may be brought in to put on the individual tables.
Amen's banquet center does provide table decorations. Engager is permitted into room one hour before event for decorating. Absolutely no confetti, bird seed or glitter allowed on premises.
Pre-arranged menus are required for any party of twenty (20) or more to be private. Our menus are meant to be a guide however, if you have something specific please let me know. Your menu selection must be submitted to the office one (1) week prior to the function date.
The estimated number of guests is due three weeks prior to the scheduled event. The final guarantee of guests must be given 5 business days prior to the function. You will be billed for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number in attendance, whichever is higher.
A 20% gratuity will be added to your bill. Any additional gratuity would be greatly appreciated by our staff if you feel they did an exceptional job
